Data may be collected through web forms, email, phone, face-to-face meetings, contracts, or third-party providers. The grounds for processing are the establishment/performance of the contract, explicit consent, fulfillment of legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Data may be shared with business partners, suppliers, legal consultants, audit firms, and public institutions as required by legislation. In case of transfer abroad, the safeguards provided in KVKK are ensured or explicit consent is obtained.

• CV/job applications: 1 year if consent is given
• Web/analytical logs: 6–24 months depending on technical requirements

According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, inquire whether it is used according to its purpose, request correction, deletion, notification to third parties, request limitation of processing, object, and request compensation for damages.

You can submit your applications in writing or by sending an email to hello@focuseradigital.com. Requests are evaluated within the procedures and periods stipulated in KVKK.

Focusera implements technical and administrative measures such as access control, encryption, regular backups, security updates, and employee training. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed in internet-based data transfer.
